Had an excellent customer experience with
Juno Records so to return the favour I'm pinning this post to describe what happened.
Bought a CD off them which had some scratches. It ripped ok and played on my laptop drive but skipped when played in my car stereo, so it was faulty rather than totally unusable. As such I told their customer service I'd accept a .wav format download of the CD as an alternative to a replacement CD. But they got back to me and said they'd send out a replacement CD, and I don't even need to return the original damaged one!
Hopefully they will get a few extra sales via this post to make up for sending me two CDs!
